General Election Debates

Candidates must meet nonpartisan, objective, nondiscriminatory criteria in order to qualify to participate in these debates. If fewer than two candidates meet the criteria, candidates are not required to appear and the debate may be canceled.

You can tune in to debates co-sponsored by the New York City Campaign Finance Board to learn more about the candidates for Mayor on your ballot.

These debates will allow you to compare candidates by learning more about their values and their plans for our city.
